The Darabad river in the northeast of Tehran originate from the Tochal ridge mountain. Around the river due to high humidity, in the past was a place full of natural trees. Darabad means a place full of trees. The height of Darabad River, is approximately 1700m at the beginning of the route, and at the peak of 3160 meters.

This image is from the collection of Darabad images. Darabad Valley is a beautiful area in all seasons. Due to the large rocks and rivers in this valley, this valley is very suitable for shooting. Especially in winter, this valley is covered with snow. And usually tourists rarely travel to this area.

I used the Panoral 45 camera and Schneider Super Angulon 75/5.6 lens. The image recorded, with aperture 22 and shutter speed 1/2 seconds on Ilford FP4 4x5in sheet film. I used Hoya red filter.
