Mazandaran Province is one of the most densely populated provinces in Iran and has diverse natural resources, notably large reservoirs of oil and natural gas. The diverse nature of the province features plains, prairies, forests and rainforest stretching from the sandy beaches of the Caspian Sea to the rugged and snowcapped Alborz sierra, including Mount Damavand, one of the highest peaks and volcanos in Asia.

I came across a beautiful view on one of the roads in Mazandaran province. The composition of a large rock next to a tree seemed appealing to me. I took some beautiful photos of this. One of them is shared in my panorama gallery in 6x17 format.

I used Hasselblad 500 C/M camera and Carl Zeiss Distagon 50/4 CFi FLE lens then attached a Hoya red filter on the lens, and shoot by 1/15sec at f22 on Ilford Delta 100 roll film.
