Azerbaijan plains covered with flowers

Azerbaijan Iran is a region located in the northwest of Iran. The important cities of this region are Tabriz, Urmia, Ardabil and Zanjan. The native language of this region is Azerbaijani Turkish but a minority also speaks Armenian and Kurdish. The Azerbaijan region of Iran includes three main provinces, West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan and Ardabil.

I went to this area with a few friends on a 3-day trip. This region has many mountains and beautiful spring. Sabalan Peak is another volcanic mountain in Iran, which is located in Ardabil province. All three provinces of West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan and Ardabil are regions with very cold and snowy winters and of course pleasant and beautiful spring. Plains full of flowers, abundant fields and high mountains are the characteristics of these areas.

For this photo, I used my Hasselblad 500 C/M camera and Carl Zeiss Distagon 50/f4 CFi FLE lens. The lens was set at a hyperfocal distance, and the image recorded, with aperture 22 and shutter speed 1/15 seconds on Fuji Velvia 50 film.
